The Guidelines for the final presentation are as follows

  • Maximum limit to the number of slides for presentation is 25. Presentations that have been sent for preliminary evaluation should be used during the presentation day. (NO change of presentations is allowed).
  • Time Limit: Presentation – 15 minutes(warning) + 2 min(End up time)
  • Q & A session – 7 minutes
  • Change over – 3 minutes

The Guidelines for the poster presentation are as follows

  • Posters should be made of A2 size charts only. Any deviations will lead to disqualification
  • Maximum of 2 posters per company is allowed
